Whether you recognize it or not, your voice is incredibly important.  Often the voice is taken for granted, until hoarseness happens.  While short term voice change is usually due to just a case of laryngitis, if it persists over three weeks, it may be due to something more serious.  By performing a quick minor procedure, called a laryngoscopy, the doctors at Cross Timbers ENT can get a look at your voice box and find out what is causing your voice to sound so “off”.  Most cases of hoarseness don’t require surgery, but when they do, we can use a variety of minimally invasive techniques to get you singing again (or teaching, lecturing, doing business, etc!).
